Unfortunately, I did not qualify for a loaner car (as I was initially told) so I had to go to Enterprise for a rental. INFINITI paid for the rental, but inconvenient nonetheless. When I picked up my car I did not get any information on the diamond ceramic coating - I received a receipt and found a box of cleaners in my car. I asked about tree sap and I was told not to let sit on the coating. I've reached out to the diamond ceramic manufacturer and I haven't heard back. I don't know how to care for the product or what to avoid. Sales team was great.

I truly appreciate the professionalism of the staff at this location. From the time that I arrived on the lot, I was approached with a friendly, pressure-free demeanor. Jason, David, and Terri were my primary contacts, but all of the staff were approachable and helpful. Although we were purchasing a used car, with a narrow profit margin, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we were happy every step of the way. We bought the extended warranty for the car, and while I don't hope to use it, I know that if the need arises the staff will be great to work with.

We were very hesitant, but his Product Specialist Esther, took so much time, care, and patience with her knowledge of the product that it made the entire process that much more reassuring and enjoyable. Plus, the interior of the vehicle is just gorgeous, with its quilted saddle, brown leather. Really exceptional quality.
