My salesman, David, was very helpful and worked hard to find what we wanted. Terry, the money man, also worked diligently to get us a great deal with our trade in and purchase. Signing all the paperwork went smoothly as well. Roseville Infinity is a great organization and the whole process of purchasing a car from them was pleasant.
On appointment day, service was prompt and employees were friendly and helpful. I felt they valued my time and comfort. Communication via text leading to appointment was poor. I had to send follow up texts and didn't hear back for almost a month at one point. I prefer text communication but will definitely call next time. Would be 5 stars if communication leading to the appointment was better.

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately, in the last couple, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. This dissatisfaction has NOTHING to do with the service advisors who have provided excellent customer service. The problem lies in less loaners being available (creating longer waits for an appt in order to secure a loaner) and not bring able to reach a live voice (I.e., a receptionist) as in the “old days.” I’m not a fan of “no one is available to take your call right now..,try again later” recordings!
Micah was friendly and professional. What deterred me is the price for an Oil Change. Seems a bit high.

I'd like to say this entire group was a class act. From Jai in sales to the manager Terry to Geoff in finance, everyone was helpful and easy to work with.
It was kind of confusing when arriving due to the renovations. It was hard to find parking, but fortunately one of the mechanics was able to direct to a place to park. Once inside, it was confusing on where to go for assistance. Otherwise, the Service person was very professional and I was done at the time he estimated.
The service was quick and efficient. I don't think I will fill in any other survey again if you continue to force 15 word minimum.

Everyone nice, oil info on car was not changed had to call, valet service was on time but I had to call twice….but valet service is a wonderful thing to have…seems like with the construction going on the service dept is very busy.
Micah was very helpful in explaining all out options and his reccomendations. We needed a new key fob and it was out of stock but he ordered one for us and set up our follow up appointment for us. The Roseville dealership was easy to locate. Upon my arrival/finding parking looked confusing due to construction, however a very nice representative greeting me as soon as I got of car and took me to the temporary trailer to check in. Had a great easy experience with Matthew and the team. They were quick to fix a recall issue. I had to bring it back a couple of days later after the recall fix because there sounded like something was off and it ended up being that a plate cover was slightly loose but they fixed the issue quickly and had me on my way no charge.
We were very please with our service! However, we were a little disappointed we were not able to utilize the courtesy vehicle. We purchased the extra service package and was told we were able to utilize the courtesy vehicle during services. I was told that since it was an oil change, we were not able to use the courtesy car despite the two hour wait. Other than that, are very pleased with INFINITI Roseville.
