Micah is a great representation of how honest and transparent a person should be in this industry. Often times one feels taken advantage of, and Micah doesnt give that negative energy. The dealership, however, needs work. I know it was just relocated, but the stained ceiling tiles, dirty walls and cobwebs do not announce "premium brand."
They are very responsive to their customers. Good at communicating with me on my vehicle.

My 2020 QX60 was totaled by a person and I knew I would be purchasing another QX60, but to my amazement I found my buying experience was exceptional with Esther. Great personal staff but the last two visits for oil change they either stripped the screws for the under carriage or didn’t completely close it because It started flapping while driving. The first time this occurred I took somewhere else and they fixed it stating it was stripped.

I called to check for a CX-5 in a particular color. Nathan helped me and was excellent. Friendly and responsive. I waited a few weeks for the color and trim to arrive, well worth it. Hello, I brought my car in on Saturday, March 8th, for some recalls that it had. They told me that they could address two of the recalls, but that the third one wouldn't be covered under warranty because my car is a salvage vehicle. I had an 8am appointment, but my car wasn’t serviced until 930am and completed until 10am for an oil change and inspection. I inquired as to why it took so long for my car to be seen and was told it was first come first serve. I pointed out that I had an appointment, and Matthew informed said that didn’t matter. Clearly, there is a misunderstanding of what an”appointment” is at this service center. Otherwise, everything else was handled perfectly and I was satisfied with the result, but won’t likely return due to the “appointment” policy.

My car was in for warranty work because of issues with the windows and the panoramic sunroof. The service center ended up, putting in a completely new panoramic roof in my car, and when I picked up my car when the work was done, the inside of my car was filthy. There were footprints and dirt/dust all over the floor mats and all over the black plastic trim where you enter the car. I took my INFINITI Q50 in for a maintenance service and to look into a warning light that recently came on. They discovered some pretty significant wiring damage and a leak within my turbo. My Service Advisor, Micah, was extremely helpful throughout my repair process. He made helpful recommendations, assisted me in securing a rental car, ensured the turbo was covered under the factory warranty, and communicated with the insurance adjuster and myself through email and text promptly. I've had my 2008 G37S serviced at INFINITI Roseville twice since moving to the area from San Jose. Both times, my service agent was Dan Chastain. He is a great service agent. Everything went smoothly both times, with repairs completed successfully. Check-in/check-out was easy. Repair costs seemed, well, a bit high, but that seems to be the norm for all work done by any dealership.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast service.
