It had been a long time since I had bought a car, and there was lots of new technology. Ray was very patient, and explained things extremely well. Did not have that much communication with the dealership. My conversation with Marco was short but informative. Him and I may talk again around October 2023. My only concern was there was no price to negotiate on price. I found similar vehicles in San Jose Ca. and Chicago Ill. with about $3500 discounts on their vehicles and was told the price on your vehicle was final (???).

Ray is a 5 STAR! I sent in a car inquiry online at 9:42 PM yesterday. I get a text response from Ray the very next minute. I drove from SF to Roseville the next day and within 18 hours from point of contact, I decided on a car. Why? Because Ray is a rare breed of professional. He is the master of follow-up. Sadly, not a lot of him is left in the car industry. He also went above and beyond by volunteering to return my car rental (and filling it up with gas) so that I can drive my newly bought car back to SF. That is what you call going above and beyond! He’s also very personable and approachable from the moment I met him. He handed me off to Nadine for the final contract who’s just as awesome. The entire team at Infinity/Mazda is cohesive in delivering outstanding customer service.

Ray’s the man! My husband is NOT a people person (especially slimy sales men), but he loved Ray’s no nonsense, honest & professional approach. Worst service.
Worst service. Had me running around for weeks after buying my car like I have all the time in the world . “Fixed” my tire sensor then next day my tire is flat. Fix my BSM and went off again. Had to take accountability and take it somewhere else because they didn’t help at all. DONT DEAL WITH THEM especially if your young seems like they try and take advantage.
